Although Snape is often unfair to Harry, I think he totally deserved that one. Come on Harry, trying to curse your teacher what were you thinking?! I think what's most frightening about it is how intentional it was, he'd already seen the damage that the curses and possibly even dark magic could do after cursing Draco so it wasn't just a stupid, careless action where he wasn't fully aware of the consequences of that you'd expect from a teenager.
